How to Create NANO web wallet – Bitzamp


To get Started, open your browser and navigate to https://nanowallet.io/

Scroll down and click on Sign Up Now

On the next page, input your email and a strong but memorable password

Store your wallet identifier and wallet seed in a safe place, if you misplace it, it cannot be recovered. And as the site warns, 

“Back up this seed somewhere safe. Anyone who knows it is able to generate all your private keys, thus having access to your funds. So if you forget your password but you have the seed you can recover your funds.”

After Backing up your details, click on Go To Wallet.

Your wallet Dashboard will show like this

Sending Coins

Click on the send Tab and a small window will appear
Input the Receivers Address and the amount you wish to send.

Then Click Send

Receiving Coins

Click on the receive Tab and a window will come out like this

when you input the amount you wish to receive, the window will provide a receiving address and a barcode which you’ll give the sender.

Transactions

The  transactions you carry out will show on your homepage

You can also check transaction on nano’s blockchain explorers
https://nano.org/en/explore/
https://www.nanode.co/

Wallet Identifier

You can change your wallet id to a memorable nick or Alias as the site may call it
Go to
Settings > Change NanoWallet Alias

then input the nick you would like to use 

Then click SET ALIAS
